Caritas Business College and Crowne Plaza Residences Forge Partnership for Student Training

Caritas Business College (CBC) and Crowne Plaza Residences Port Moresby by IHG have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), strengthening their shared commitment to youth development and quality education.

The partnership will provide students from CBC's Tourism & Hospitality and Business Administration programs with valuable workplace exposure, practical industry experience, and potential employment opportunities within the hospitality sector. Beginning in Year 1, Hospitality Management students will have the opportunity to apply their classroom learning in a professional environment.

During the signing ceremony, Mr. David Shayestefar, General Manager of Crowne Plaza Residences Port Moresby, highlighted the importance of hands-on training in preparing competent hospitality professionals. Sr. Mazzarello, Directress of Caritas Business College, expressed her sincere appreciation for the partnership, reaffirming the school's mission of forming honest, productive, and faithful Christian citizens of Papua New Guinea.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for CBC to present its academic and FODE programs, which support the professional development of Crowne Plaza staff.

This partnership marks another milestone in CBC's commitment to providing industry-relevant education and creating brighter futures for its students.
